During the night the clouds can be viewed thourgh our infrared cameras. The infrared satellite tries to determine temperature differences and uses that to present a cloud coverage image. The resolution of infrared cameras is lower.
These images can als be shown in daylight. The filtered daylight satellite images are updated every 5-15 minutes. This image is cut out and presented on this page. During daylight the visual images can be seen. We also present these images unfiltered.
